This release is featuring several critical fixes, so that's a recommended upgrade for all.
The guide to upgrade from a v121 is here, including the PHP script to upgrade the SQL database.
Please note that this v125 core will run all plugins and skins made for any previous version (from 100 to 121). You don't have to upgrade your current skins or plugins.
